Ricky Arms Captures Brucebilt Iron-Man Open Wheel Feature at Wartburg Speedway

WARTBURG, TENNESSEE (September 11, 2021)—Ricky Arms of Moss, Tenn. led flag-to-flag en-route to his fourth-career Brucebilt Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Series victory Saturday Night on September 11, 2021 at Wartburg (Tenn.) Speedway.

The victory came in the Richard Harlow-owned entry worth $1,200. The veteran 52-year-old racer drove the Neal’s Core Supply, Diamond Auto Collision and Barren River Pest Control-sponsored Phantom Racing Engines-powered Elite Chassis to the feature event victory. Arms battled with Michael Asberry throughout the 25-lap feature event but ultimately held the point for the entire distance. Arms took the feature event win over Asberry, Robby Reagan, Ricky Tinch and Chris Wilson rounding out the top-five.

The next Brucebilt Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Series event will be on Saturday September 18 at Lake Cumberland Speedway in Burnside, Ky. paying $1,200-to-win during the 26th Annual Lake Cumberland Classic. The event also features the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Southern & Northern Series racing 40 laps for $5,000-to-win.
